Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us for any refund to be made. Cancellations is 48 hours.

WE ASK FOR A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD NUMBER OR A DEPOSIT WITH EACH BOOKING. THIS IS REQUESTED AS A GUARANTEE AGAINST YOUR NON-ARRIVAL OR LATE CANCELLATION. IT ALSO GIVES YOU THE PEACE OF MIND IN KNOWING THAT IF YOU ARE DELAYED, YOUR ROOM WILL BE HELD FOR YOU.
No Show (Non-use of reservation):
In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking. The reason for this is that the room in the hotel is booked in your name, and the hotel cannot let the room be occupied by anyone else. The room is held unoccupied, until they are notified otherwise. Thus, even if you do not show up the hotel will charge room reservation charges from us
It is expected that the apartments are left in a clean and tidy order. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents during your stay. Any damage must be reported to us without delay. You will be held responsible for the keys to the apartment at £150 per set if lost or damaged.
